-ALWAYS contact me before leaving a bad review

-If you contact me concerning your order ( for example if you bough an IPTV sub), I need to manually activate the account, so send me your order-id to confirm your order, if you cannot contact me for some reasons, check your emails (so put a valid email) : if you received it, you can still feel free to contact me, i'll send them again !

-Any attempt to fraud, chargeback, or any other thing will lead to get your acces to the shop and your warranty revoked.

-No refund unless services die between your warranty time. (shouldn't be the case !)

-No refunds if the service die (for example police seizing) as this is out of my control.

I also, jetson, engage myself to have a good support and a fast delivery time towards my customers, however, remember, we all have a life, so if i'm not online, don't worry, i'll be soon !
